Michael joined Miley & Miley LLP in 2021 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2024, following earlier roles as a Law Clerk in a leading Dublin commercial firm and as a Legal Executive in a general practice in Cork. He holds an LLB (Hons) from Dublin Business School and is a member of our Litigation Department, where he represents retailers in insurance defence claims across the District Circuit and High Courts.

Michael also advises on Enduring Powers of Attorney and has successfully registered applications under the new Decision Support Service framework for long-standing private clients.
